Laboratory Ring Spinning Machine is part of the mini spinning system (including opener, carding machine, drawing frame, roving machine and ring spinning machine) which is widely used in universities and researching center or departments for spinning test. AT206 Laboratory Ring Spinning Machine is used to spin yarn from roving by ring spinning method. 

This machine can be used in cotton, wool, and chemical fiber spinning production line to make yarn.

Mini size cotton yarn spinning line machines process flow:

1- Opener

Put raw cotton or other raw materials into the conveyor curtain of the opener manually, pass through the roller roller, clamp and feed the nail board opener, loosen the raw materials into snowflakes, and then transport them to the chute  feeder through the fan.

Application
This machine is used for opening and mixing raw materials.

2- Chute feeder

The raw materials sent by the opener are loosened again, vibrated and pressurized to form a cotton layer with uniform thickness, which is sent to the carding machine.

3- Carding machine

Loosen the cotton layer sent from the chute feeder again, remove impurities, carding, carding into a single fiber network, and loop the sliver into the sliver cylinder through the sliver former for use by the drawing frame of the next process.

4- Drawing frame

Put several slivers into the drawing frame at one time, and draw them into one sliver. The sliver after drawing will be more uniform. For the next process, roving machine or fine sand machine.

5-spinning frame

As it is a small test equipment, the sliver after drawing can be directly put on the ring frame without being put on the roving frame. After drawing on the spinning frame, the sliver can be directly spun into fine yarn, evenly wound on the bobbin, and the proofing work is completed. For the next process, assay and test.
